Hi! I’m Jaime!

In my home state of Idaho, I grew up with a mother who loved to cook and a dad who loved to grill for friends and family. Our home was the house all the kids hung out at and there was always enough food for everyone and more. After high school, I started working as a chef at a friend's restaurant, and from there, I just had to go to Culinary School. I went to Western Culinary in Portland, Oregon, to learn everything possible about business management, all aspects of the kitchen, and most of all, cooking.

 

My passion for cooking is driven by those memories, school, my love for the outdoors, and harvesting my own food. Over the years, I have learned the importance of where my food comes from and sharing that with those around me. It’s how we are connected, bringing us together day in and day out. Let me share my passion for cooking with you and let’s build some memories together. My philosophy is to keep things simple, with great flavors, and using the best, locally-sourced ingredients through family-owned purveyors.
